We fix our own cars and could not find an easy way to keep track of when we did work and what parts were bought.
When I buy new tires I never remember where I bought them and when they need to be rotated.
We searched the internet for a tool that would do what we needed. There a lots of tools but they either did not keep track of all the information we needed or they only kept track of fuel or they cost too much.
I was keeping track of my cars in the google contacts list, one contact per car :( no fun.
So we built exactly what is needed to collect and organize all car records and receipts.
